Valerie Hammond
Valerie Hammond’s works — suspensions of delicate, organic elements — are inspired by the human body, the natural world, and identity. Hammond’s work at Wildwood Press has been extensive. It includes 11 editions of ethereal, botanical pieces sparked by her Hudson River landscape, enduring friendships, and spiritual moments. Beyond the edition work are groups of lovingly hand-worked prints named for medieval women mystics.
